Our promise to you: We will never ghost you, we will always follow up and let you know what is going on in the process, we will be respectful, and we will treat you like the valuable human being that you are. You will never be a commodity to us!

And there is no fee to you, ever! We get paid by the employer to find you. They pay us a flat fee, up front, so we are their designated recruiter, and we are committed to filling the role no matter how long it takes. Why this matters to you? You will never be presented for a role only to find out that the company is not under contract with us. Some recruiting firms work this way, but we find this approach unethical.

If all looks like a good match so far, we will invite you to a more in-depth phone interview where we both learn more
Possible assessments - some of our roles require quick assessments of skills
If you and the role/employer are a great fit, then we present you to our client for an interview with you
If you both decide this is The One, we finalize any pre-hire tasks to get you ready to start your new career adventure!
Post hire, we will check in with you periodically to make sure you are happy and getting settled well
